I love organizing styled shoots!  It is so much fun coordinating every little detail and finding the perfect theme, clothes, location, etc.   I truly loved every second of working with Blake from Salon 828 for our styled children's Valentine's Day shoot {check it out on YouTube...http://youtu.be/Cker_5fgNkY}, so when the Shopmamie girls contacted me to shoot their new Spring line (available nationally at {www.shopmamie.com} and soon to be available locally in the Delaware area at one of my favorite stores The Pink Turtle in Greenville, DE {http://www.thepinkturtlestore.com/}!!!), I personally jumped at the opportunity to flex my creative muscles again with a styled shoot.

I love working with Megan and Amy (Megan + Amy = Shopmamie) because like me, they had the courage to leave their well paying jobs in Corporate America to pursue their dreams of working in the fashion industry.  I knew I really wanted to collaborate with them to showcase their amazing new Spring line, so after they got back from LA, we discussed a "Springtime in Paris" themed shoot for the new line.   I was also obsessed with getting them on bikes (very Parisian!) and luckily they were willing to let me get my way!  I'm so glad they did too!  Enjoy the images shot on location at the beautiful Winterthur Museum.  The 175 room house and estate was formally owned by Henry Francis du Pont and is the perfect example of a grand estate that you would find in France right here in Delaware! {http://www.winterthur.org/}

Special thanks to Jim and Al who are part of the awesome security team at Winterthur, Pike Creek Coffee {http://www.pikecreekcoffee.com/} for the very yummy macarons, The Organic Bloom for the hand cut, hand painted frame with the Shopmamie logo {http://theorganicbloom.com/} and Shop Sweet Lulu for the adorable cupcake stand and stripey straws {http://shopsweetlulu.com/}!
